Thank you for purchasing a VARON brand oxygen concentrator. We are committed to providing you with high quality products and excellent customer service. Please read the following warranty policy carefully before using your VARON oxygen concentrator to understand your rights and obligations.

VARON Oxygen Concentrator Warranty Information

The VARON oxygen concentrator has a one-year warranty period. If your oxygen concentrator malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect within one year of receiving the product, we will provide a free repair service. This warranty guarantees that the generator will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Please note that accessories (such as hoses, filters, connectors, etc.) are not covered by the warranty. We ensure the quality of accessories when purchasing, but they are subject to wear and tear.

VARON Independence Warranty Exceptions

● Normal wear and tear: The warranty does not cover routine maintenance, repairs, and parts replacements that result from normal use.

● Misuse and abuse The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by the following reasons

●Improper use, improper storage, abuse or neglect, such as exposure to smoke or physical damage.

●Liquids, sand, dirt, food, or insects/animals entering the device.

●Exposure to extreme heat and/or humidity.

●Using the product or accessories for commercial purposes or exposing the product and accessories to abnormal use or conditions.

●Failure to perform preventive maintenance required by the user or supplier.

●Other actions that are not VARON's fault

Unauthorized maintenance or modification: The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from maintenance, testing, installation or modification performed by anyone other than VARON.

Warranty requirements and procedures

You can make a warranty claim by contacting our customer service at support@varoninc.fi during the warranty period. Please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.

Our customer service team will assess the claim and decide on the appropriate course of action, which may include troubleshooting, replacement of defective parts, or, if necessary, repair or replacement of the oxygen generator.

In the event of a warranty claim, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning the product to us. VARON will reimburse the shipping costs incurred in returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.

Not transferable.

VARON grants the following warranties only to the original purchaser of the products and is not transferable. The limited warranties below are subject to the purchaser’s original purchase receipt for the products and proof of identification. In order for the limited warranties set forth herein to be effective, the purchaser must inspect each product within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and prior to use.

Disclaimer

VARON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the oxygen generator, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. After the product warranty period has expired, VARON shall have no further obligation to reimburse replacement, repair or shipping costs.
