For all VARON oxygen concentrator products ordered from the ( https://varoninc.fi/ ) online store, we offer a 30-day exchange option after the order is delivered ( accessories are not covered by this exchange policy ).
Please note that if your order exceeds the 30-day exchange period, your exchange request will be rejected.
Options:
If it is not a quality problem and you want to exchange the product, please make sure the product is in perfect condition and all accessories are included (including original packaging, warranty certificate, etc.).
If you need to exchange an item due to a quality issue, please ensure that you provide proof of the issue (such as photos, videos) and that quality control has confirmed that the product is defective.
Exchange process:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact customer service via official email ( support@varoninc.fi ), provide the order number and description details, customer service will check the information you provided.
If the exchange conditions are met, the customer service will provide you with the exact return address via official email. Please send the goods to the address provided by the customer service and provide the logistics tracking number to the customer service via email. We will arrange a new shipment for you as soon as possible after receiving the logistics tracking number from you.
Exchange fee:
- If you order the wrong model, the performance of the device is not a problem, but it does not meet the customer's actual needs due to the customer's own reasons, we can provide a free exchange service. The exchange amount is small, but you need to pay the freight cost.
- If it is a quality problem and the product defects have been confirmed by quality inspection, we can provide a free replacement service and the freight costs are our responsibility.
Note: Not all consumables are exchangeable (if there is a quality problem, we will send them back to you).
